Heath Flora serves as the Director for International Sales at Exact Corporation, a family-owned business that specializes in nut harvesting. Heath also owns Golden Valley Equipment, which sells used agricultural equipment. 

In the California State Legislature, Heath currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Committees on Natural Resources and Labor & Employment and sits on the Agriculture, Rules, and Business & Professions committees.
