Introduction
Klickitat Canyon Winery is a small, family-run farm in the Columbia Gorge dedicated to organic, natural foods and wines. Their dry-farming practices, crop rotations, and intercropping reflect a deep respect for the land. Every bottle of wine is handmade using wild yeasts, without sulfites or additives, letting the grapes speak for themselves. Their vinegars, aged in oak barrels and infused with fruits and herbs, capture the same care and craftsmanship.
