1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from service providers such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, Shopify, and marketing/analytics platforms described in Section 4.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, including payment, shipping, and customer service.

- Keep you logged in and remember your cart.
- Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics).

- Deliver interest-based ads on other websites and platforms.
Technologies we currently use include:
- Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics.

Some of these third parties may independently qualify as "third parties" or "service providers" under CCPA/CPRA, and some (e.g., advertising cookies) may constitute a "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA; see Section 6.
We require service providers to use your information only for the purposes we authorize and consistent with this policy.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU/EEA/UK Residents)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal exceptions.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Data portability, to receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (e.g., marketing emails/SMS).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Legal bases for processing include: performance of a contract (order fulfillment), consent (marketing), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site analytics, improving our Service), and compliance with legal obligations.
International transfers: Because our service providers (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta) may process data outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9.
6. Your Privacy Rights Under California Law (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) "sell" or "share."
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies (e.g., Meta Pixel) may be considered a "share" of information for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA. You can opt out by adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or by using your browser's or device's privacy/tracking controls (e.g., "Do Not Track," Global Privacy Control, or ad-personalization settings within Google and Meta's own account tools).
- Non-discrimination, meaning we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information, where applicable (we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for payment processing).
- Designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
To submit a request, contact us using the details in Section 9. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests involving access or deletion of personal information.
7. SMS Marketing
If you opt in to receive text messages from us:
- You consent to receive automated marketing messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.
- Your phone number and consent records are shared with our SMS provider and Klaviyo solely to deliver and manage these messages, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier guidelines.
8. Data Retention, Security, and Children's Privacy
Retention: We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including order/tax record-keeping requirements, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including those provided by Shopify and our payment processor, which is PCI-DSS compliant) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's privacy: The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16, where applicable under GDPR), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
