Crafted in small artisan batches on our family-owned estate in Ramona, California, our boutique extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) represents the highest standards of quality, freshness, and care. Our 8+ acre grove—home to over 800 olive trees—thrives in the warm California sun and cool coastal breezes, delivering a uniquely rich and vibrant flavor profile in every bottle.
We grow a curated mix of Spanish and Italian olive varietals, allowing us to produce three distinct offerings: pure Spanish, pure Italian, and a smooth blended EVOO created by carefully splitting the harvest. Each varietal is hand-harvested at peak ripeness and milled within hours using our onsite olive mill, preserving the full spectrum of nutrients, antioxidants, and flavor.
We produce only first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, maintaining strict control over temperature and timing to ensure maximum freshness and exceptionally high polyphenol content.
