Our boutique extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is crafted in small artisan batches on our single-estate olive grove in Ramona, California. Our 8+ acre olive grove thrives under California sunshine and refreshing Pacific breezes, creating the ideal environment for cultivating Spanish and Italian olive varietals. With over 800 olive trees on site, we offer a selection of pure Spanish, pure Italian, and co-milled blended EVOOs, each with its own rich and distinctive profile.

Ramona Valley Olive Oil
We are a small, family-run olive farm based in Ramona, California, where we produce boutique extra virgin olive oil from our single estate. Our 8+ acre grove is home to over 800 Spanish and Italian olive trees, shaped by warm California sun and cooling coastal breezes. By growing multiple varietals, we’re able to craft distinct oils, pure Italian, pure Spanish, and a balanced blend, each harvested at just the right moment to bring out both flavor and nutritional value. We take pride in keeping everything close to home. Our olives are hand-harvested and milled within hours using our onsite facility, allowing us to carefully control every step of the process. The result is first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with rich flavor and naturally high polyphenol levels.
